Every Walking Billboards item is printed to order. Please check the product description, size chart, color, and shipping details before checking out.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, contact the00tattsexperience@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and issue.
For verified problems, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please don’t send anything back unless we provide instructions.
Sizing and change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If we approve a non-defective return as an exception, we’ll explain the conditions and any customer-paid return shipping before you send it.
Sale and discounted items
The same policy applies to discounted purchases. A discount does not remove your right to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
We’ll email you when a refund is approved and when it has been issued. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Processing time to reach your account depends on the payment method and provider.
For orders paid in Bitcoin Cash (BCH), refunds are calculated at the USD value at the time the refund is issued, not the original BCH amount sent. This protects both parties from price fluctuations between purchase and refund. The refund arrangement will be confirmed with you before issuance.
